At Quantum Rehab®, we know the importance of not just serving the community with life-enhancing products, but we also feel a strong connection within the community we serve.
From our employees who use mobility products to members of our families, colleagues and friends, many of us at Quantum experience disability on personal levels. Beyond products and services, it's this personal connection that inspires our community involvement, where we don't merely sponsor national disability organization and events, but we also participate in them.
As proud national sponsors of the ALS Association and the Muscular Dystrophy Association, we're honored to participate in local fundraising walks throughout the country, as well as support such local fundraisers as balls and other events.
We're also dedicated to other quality-of-life organizations, such as USA Cares, supporting veterans in need, where Quantum Spokesperson, Bryan Anderson, is an ambassador, and the Camp for Courageous Kids, where Quantum employees volunteer as counselors and mentors, including Josh McDermott, himself a young man with muscular dystrophy.
As we continue moving toward an all-inclusive society, Quantum Cares actively promotes disability awareness. Through its SpeakOut! program, disability awareness programs are presented to groups ranging from Boy Scouts to public schools to college students and beyond. Quantum's team of noted national figures with disabilities to speak to groups of all ages and backgrounds, where thousands receive life-changing messages of inclusion every year.
Disability can be a complex experience, and we realize that consumer-inspired mobility products are only part of the solution. Through Quantum Cares, we strive to not just serve the community, but participate shoulder-to-shoulder, where we believe that everyone - from corporate sponsorship to individual actions - can profoundly improve the quality of life for all.
