We restrict access to personally identifiable information to members of the Pride Learning Institute course developers, instructors, and individuals who need to know such information in order to operate, develop, and/or improve training & development activities. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and/or criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.
All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our databases to be only accessed as stated above.
Pride Mobility Products Corporation/Quantum Rehab collects personally identifiable information via several different methods. Personal information is collected when you register for a training & development activity and/or submit a request for information. This information may be used to verify registration, for billing purposes, or to verify continuing education credits. This information will be utilized as the contact information to get in touch with a potential learner for any continuing education and/or training activity business.
Personally identifiable information includes your full name, certifications, home or business address, email, telephone, wireless and/or fax number, credit card or other payment information, employment information, and demographic information.
If Pride Mobility Products Corporation/Quantum Rehab attempts to use this information in a manner different than the purpose for which it was collected, Pride/Quantum Rehab will ask for your consent prior to such use and will offer you an effective way to opt out of the use of personal information for those other purposes.
Pride Mobility Products Corporation/Quantum Rehab will not disclose personal information, except as required to do so by law, or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: a) conform to the statutes of the law or comply with legal process served on Pride Mobility Products Corporation/Quantum Rehab, b) protect and defend rights or property of Pride Mobility Products Corporation/Quantum Rehab, or c) act under difficult circumstances to protect the personal safety of a learner.

All learners have the right to review their educational records. Learners can request their continuing education training history by submitting a request via e-mail to education@pridemobility.com. Up to date learner training history will be available six (6) weeks upon completion of an activity.
Requestors should be prepared to provide their full name and the most recent course attended. Upon review of the request, the learner will receive a CE/T activity transcript, plus documentation of any applicable continuing education credits (CEC and CEU) within thirty (30) business days. The training history will be issued as a PDF and sent either by mail, fax or e-mail to the requestor.
Permanent records are kept for seven (7) years and are available to be issued upon request by the learner.
We consider an individual’s registration to be a firm commitment for them to attend a learning event. Last-minute participant substitutions are difficult to arrange, although we understand emergency situations may arise that will affect attendance to educational programs offered by Pride Mobility/Quantum Rehab.
Please register early. Pride Mobility Products Corp/Quantum Rehab may cancel a live learning event at any time due to weather, other uncontrollable events, or if we have fewer than 10 attendees registered within 20 days of the program date. All participants will be notified by email and full refunds will be issued for the registration fee. No refunds will be provided for travel expenses participants may have incurred.
If you must cancel your registration a full refund will be issued, provided the cancellation is made at least seven (7) business days prior to the seminar date. If cancellation is made within 5 days of the program, a $10 per person cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
Requests to cancel a Pride Mobility Products Corp/Quantum Rehab live learning event or to transfer to another Pride Mobility Products Corp/Quantum Rehab live learning event must be sent via fax or email to the Education Dept. All requests must be received prior to the start date of the live learning event as described above.

Refunds for credit card transactions processed online will be refunded back to the credit card within 2 weeks after the cancellation.
You may exercise this cancellation and refund right only one (1) time in any twelve (12) month period. Pride Mobility/Quantum Rehab may cancel this money-back guarantee program at any time upon notice on the Website or by revision to our education policies; provided, however, that in such case your right to cancel your subscription to the LMS online service, and to obtain a refund, for any subscription purchased before the date of such cancellation notice from Pride Mobility/Quantum Rehab shall not be affected.
